See the seasonal lawn maintenance packages above for standard lawn size pricing(up to 4000 square feet total, including front and back yards). Larger yards will be quoted. We will invoice you monthly, in advance.  For bagging services, $20/month will be added to your monthly package rate (bags supplied). Any overgrown grass 6"+ will be charged a one-time $40 fee due to the extra wear and tear on equipment and to compensate for the additional time it will take to cut the overgrown grass.  Seasonal customers will not be charged if your grass grows longer than 6" in-between cuts. Please pickup after your animals and any fallen fruit from trees as we do not offer that service with grass-cutting.
